Day 2 Trekking & Rafting

we gathered back at 2.30pm after lunch for the trekking.. sempat gak tidor sejam sebab agak sakit sikit kepala petang tuh..

oh ye, sepanjang kat TDR nih, the person handking kitorang is Fadil TDR Sales Coordinator - kalauquery apa2 you cn contact him at 012-5501749.. orgnya muda & very nice.. lupa pulak nak amik gambar dgn dia..

Jungle trekking abit suspen sebab taulah, lepas makan.. semua mengah2.. and sepanjang tu jugak byk pacat2 kiri kanan.. ada 2 ,3 kes lah jerit2 bagai.. tapi lahamdulillah semua selamat..

ni pun stop sebab pacatlah ni.. adalah pokok tongkat ali lah. pokok elyana lah.. he.. he.. tapi dlm hutan ni seram gak.. ada babi hutan..

after nearly 1 hour trekking.. dgn licin bagai.. selamatlah sampai to the other side of the beach.. like I said.. dah bertahun tak exercise.. ambik semua flat giler.. samap2 jer semua serbu air minreal.. thanks TDR for the water k..

the 3 of us.. baru lepas buang pacat kat kasut Liza.. sebab tu jugak I bertopi bagai.. taku nanti tak sedar dah sampai tengkuk lak.. he.. he.. takde maknanya..

due to one of the colleague naik lambat, as u can see , kitorang start as no 3.. huh.. hu..

but we manage to overtake our boss team - he.. he.. tak taulah apasal diaorg slow sgt.. sampai stop tgh2 tuh..

Azam & Muslim's team sampai dulu , the rafting took around 45mins gak tau.. memang letih.. so, me & Liza gilir2 lah.. one of the team member si Mai , takut giler, dia tak tlg langsung..

nak kayuh pun ada gak strategy , tapi yg penting not only teamwork.. tapi ur team mesti ada org2 kuat lah.. ha.. ha.. thanks again to Nor..:)

letih giler after the rafting , even though i only did it half way.. tangan kiri pulak tuh.. mak aihh..

masa ni flat habis.. malas nak balik bilik.. semua terus terjun pool ajer..

we are thinking of having Water Polo inter branch.. he.. he..

kat Resort ni gak ada SPA.. Sari Ayu SPA.. tapi memandangkan byk sgt activity . tak sempat nak pergi..

Mlm tuh we had BBQ , good food sampai terlebih.. memandangkan semua org dah flat giler.. the 2 piece band pun happening , layan sampai pukul 12midnite..

btw last week Senario ada kat TDR ni shooting Senario the Movie tuh..

apapun pukul 11pm I dah balik bilik.. letih giler..
