Upset with Crocs...This is a sticky Mode..

Dah few weeks aku cari one of the shoes dari Crocs ni.. tapi nan ado...

Tak ada is one thing.. tapi the service that I got from all the STAFFS - so far sgtlah teruk.. so bad..

Start dari last week, masa entry nih, I dah pergi Crocs @ MV a week before that.. cari this one design, tapi nan ado.. the one that i nak is model Alice RM139..- color black - size 6 - Crocs nih kdg2 size kena 1 size bigger..

but masa I went to Crocs @ MV.. tak ada , yg ada color Blue & Purple jer.. okay..fine , but when I ASK THE SALES GIRL ADA COLOR LAIN TAK?? THE ANSWER WAS SHORT, SIMPLE and RUDE.. " Tak ada ..." that' sit.. with no effort to call other outlets ke, bgtau bila next shipping ke delivery ke.. masa tu dah bengang.. tapi I thought okay then pergi tgok kat Lot 10 lak..

So, next weeknya on the 19th masa entry nih, I went to Crocs @ Lot 10.. pun tak ada jugak..

either black or Red for that design.. but adleast the Guy at Lot 10 outlet tu a bit friendly.. still no

solution... dia siap ckp kat Parkson KLCC ada lah Crocs, tp kat sana sket jer..

I went to KLCC, but again nan ado.. and the sales girl at Parkson lg teruk giler.. apa pun aku tanya dia jwb " tak tahu.."

Then Last saturday that I went lak kat Ikano - a bigger Croc's Outlet, sama- Nan ado.. yg ada Color Blue & Purple size 4 and size bigger that 6.. WTF kan.???

If its really shortage, tkkan lah tak recover lg.. and knowing Color black & red is fast moving for this design.. -DONT THEY WANT SALES???

Really upset..

So today since dah ada kat MV , I went to the Crocs outlet , which a bit bigger , but then the Chinese Girl kat situ - cam new staff jer.. ckp :"tak ada" again with no knowledge when the stock coming in etc...

So I requested the Namecard of the Shop, blehlah call ker apa, by right which they should offer me in the first place.

Masa kat Kaunter - there's one Malay girl with Tudung ada kat situ..

Again I tanya dia.. since dia free tak layan customer..

" Bila agak2 ada stock ?"

Sour Face Sales Girl : - " this is old design , so tak ada stock"

Me ;- stock akan masuk tak?

SFSG:- tak pasti lah.. ( jawapan standard or MALAS in retail terms..)

So, I took the effort & ask - ( sepatutnya she should offer me)

"Can I leave my name, hp number & design , color & size of the shoes that I want- so that u can called me once the stock delivered ?"

Dgn muka masam , dia pun just buka 1 book - which I saw byk nama2 kat situ..

So dgn tak RELA hatinya dia pun tulislah.. - tak taulah betul ke tak apa yg dia tulis..

I ask her back- "hopefully you guys will call me, sebab sebelum ni pun I penah leave order but they never call me.."

So dia pun endah tak endah jer..

lepas tuh I pun amik gambar contoh, masa tuh ada one sales girl yg pregnant dtg tegur & tanya size.. etc.. but I dah takde mood dah masa nih..

btw I saw dia ada one outlet kat Sunway Pyramid.. tapi like I said.. they should assist in calling other outlet to check, ni tak.. malas jer semuanya..

so, we'll wait & see berapa lama they will revert back to me..

Crocs.. fyi, your staff really need to be trained.. maybe boleh try dgn Polo Ralph Lauren.. service staff2 dia memang tip top.. they even call you personally everytime new shipment dtg..
